[aur-requests] [PRQ#23369] Orphan Request for bluej

nomisge [1] filed an orphan request for bluej [2]:

I flagged the package out-of-date before, and tried to reach the
owner. No answer received.
No there even is an newer major upstream version.

I would like to take over as maintainer and fix the issues.
