Request #26953 has been rejected by alerque [1]:

I don't understand this flag. The package is not out of date (I just
checked) and you aren't the maintainer, so I don't see why it needs
orphaning. If it is out of date, please raise an OOD flag. If you want
to help, maybe ping the current maintainer in comments again. If you
don't want to help, then ... do nothing (but that isn't a reason to
orphan it).
