[aur-requests] [PRQ#27062] Orphan Request for rider-eap

FatalMerlin [1] filed an orphan request for rider-eap [2]:

So far out of date that on first launch after installation the
application immediately prompts for update and shuts down.

Tried to contact registered maintainers to no avail. (MIA)

New version can be made available with minimal changes.
