op3 [1] filed a deletion request for python-rootpy-git [2]:

Package abandoned by upstream (last release 2017, last commit 2019).
Package is incompatible with dependencies in repository (only works
with root<=6.18 and python<=3.7, incompatible with current repository
versions of these packages). Thus, the package is irreparably broken,
a fix is unlikely. Please delete it. Thanks!
