A package flagged as out-of-date for only 3 (three) weeks is a "long 
time" for you? You must be kidding.


There is a reason for not updating highway. I'm trying to keep updates 
in sync with libjpeg-xl, since highway is a dependency for it, and 
libjpeg-xl API is still very unstable with lots of breakages lately.
