[aur-requests] [PRQ#25346] Orphan Request for magics++

gchamon [1] filed an orphan request for magics++ [2]:

There has been many updates since this package was last updated and
the maintainer is unresponsive. This out-of-date package is unable to
build with current arch installs. I move for it to be flagged orphaned
and to be adopted by someone else.
