[aur-requests] [PRQ#25389] Orphan Request for opencv3-opt

fmauch [1] filed an orphan request for opencv3-opt [2]:

This package needs maintainer action in order to build. As it is a
dependency for core ros-melodic packages, a lot of ros-melodic
packages currently don't build from AUR.

I've already created a working PKGBUILD for my local builds and
suggested the current maintainer to apply those changes to the
package.

As there hasn't been any answer to my previous contact or update
attempts, I'd like to ask orphaning this package.
