Systemless [1] filed a deletion request for forge-mantle-1.14.4-bin

This is a library for another minecraft mod (that this pkgbuild
doesn't depend on for some reason) The maintainer is gone. It's out of
date. And the package is pretty much useless because the average forge
user would install their mods themselves.
