ngoonee [1] filed a deletion request for qsyncthingtray-git [2]:

Upstream has stopped development on this software in 2019 and
recommended a better alternative which is already available and
actively updated in the AUR. The various iterations of this package
(qsyncthingtray{,-git,-lite}) have comments by prior maintainers on
being dropped for alternatives.
