[aur-requests] [PRQ#28775] Orphan Request for icecat

Ningen [1] filed an orphan request for icecat [2]:

Icecat, being FSF endorsed, should really be a standard package
available to all ArchLinux users as it is privacy oriented and has
overlap in interests of general ArchLinux users. Currently, the
standard firefox browser is only available where as Icecat should
really take that precedence , it's also not that difficult to
maintain.
