FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for glibc-2.27 [2]:

Abandoned, old version of glibc installed in /opt; actually configured
with --prefix=/usr and moved manually, this inconsistency have been
reported on  2018-10-02 and never fixed, no other pkgbuilds depends on
this
