[aur-requests] [PRQ#28895] Orphan Request for lokinet

jagerman [1] filed an orphan request for lokinet [2]:

The package maintainer has not responded to us (upstream Lokinet
developers) for more than a month, and the package is out of date, and
needs not only updating but some build fixes for issues users have had
(both here, and reported to our upstream github).

We (i.e. upstream devs) are willing to take over maintenance of the
AUR package.
