[aur-requests] [PRQ#27949] Merge Request for vieb

BachoSeven [1] filed a request to merge vieb [2] into vieb-bin [3]:

This package actually provides a binary, so it should be `vieb-bin`,
which already existed but was unmaintained(I just adopted it). A
source package isn't needed at the time being, so this one can be
safely merged int the `-bin`.
