Request #27996 has been rejected by alerque [1]:

Agreed this is a duplicate, but lets merge instead of delete as the
content of this package is the one that actually belongs. The other
one needs to be renamed -bin. Maybe give the maintainer of that a few
days to repost before filing a merge request.
