[aur-requests] [PRQ#28079] Merge Request for binance-bin Rejected

Request #28079 has been rejected by alerque [1]:

Please file this request the other way around, this is a binary build
and should be called -bin. I realize the current -bin packaging is
inferior. Please also comment there with the problems it has (if
nobody has yet) and if there is no response from the maintainer file
an orphan request. In particular getting the maintainer of the better
packaging that we're merging to get put on as the maintainer or a co-
maintainer sounds like the best plan.
