cbix [1] filed a deletion request for vcvrack-fundamental-git [2]:

This is the default plugin for VCV Rack. There are several reasons for
deleting this package:
1. The developer only pushes changes to GitHub on a release, no point
in keeping a -git AUR.
2. The vcvrack AUR package now provides this plugin, just like the
official binary distribution.
