[aur-requests] [PRQ#33784] Deletion Request for bitchx12-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bitchx12-git [2]:

BitchX1.2 GitHub fork repo got deleted (404).

Now there only is a separate BitchX1.3 fork repo.

Package name hardcodes '12' for v1.2 lineage.
Therefore this package is obsolete and not needed.

Also there is a separate AUR package for the
original BitchX v1.2 source:

Safe to delete this, no impact.
