MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-gnu-efi-libs [2]:

I suggest this can be deleted.

Orphaned lib32 package, last updated in 2020.
There are newer versions, but no one requested updates.
There are also no user comments or votes.

Guess there is no need for 32-bit libraries for
EFI/UEFI management on x86_64 systems.

Safe to delete, nothing depends on it.
