[aur-requests] [PRQ#33861] Deletion Request for lib32-libmp4v2

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libmp4v2 [2]:

I suggest this old lib32 library can be deleted.

This is currently at v2.0.0 whereas its 64-bit
counterpart in Arch/extra is at v5.0.1.

There have been no user comments since 2017.
Nothing on AUR depend on this.

MPEG4 file tags can be modified with native-built
tools, no need for this 32-on-64-bit library.

Therefore it's safe to delete; no impact.
