[aur-requests] [PRQ#33863] Deletion Request for lib32-libmumble

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libmumble [2]:

I suggest this abandoned, orphaned lib32 package can be deleted.

It has last been updated in 2018.

There is nothing in the AUR that would depend on this.
The current build doesn't work because it requires qt4 and
it's not declared as a dependency.

No one complained about this, so it seems this lib32 addon
library wasn't in particularly high demand over the last
years.

Safe to delete, no impact.
