According to the AUR submission guidelines:

want to use this package? Is it extremely specialized? If more than a
few people would find this package useful, it is appropriate for
submission.

The only purpose of this package is printing one of three hardcoded
ASCII art images at random. This appears to be more of a programming
exercise or a joke package rather than something that would be useful
to many people.
