[aur-requests] [PRQ#33976] Merge Request for font-victor-mono

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge font-victor-mono [2] into ttf-
victor-mono [3]:

This package, font-victor-mono is a duplicate
of target package: both provide exactly the
same TTF fonts.

Target has the more proper name, aligning
well with Arch font naming practices.

Please kindly merge font-victor-mono to
ttf-victor-mono and keep only the latter.
