[aur-requests] [PRQ#34024] Deletion Request for icli

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for icli [2]:

Project discontinued in 2014 and this was developed
for [icinga] v1.

Current version of that (AUR/icinga2) is v2.13.2.

This ancient, deprecated cli addon to Icinga 1
is unlikely to support Icinga 2.

Therefore it's advisable to delete this; not
needed by anything in AUR and not useful anymore.
