[aur-requests] [PRQ#34029] Deletion Request for perl-music-tag

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-music-tag [2]:

I suggest this deprecated Perl library can be deleted.

Its development got abandoned in 2010, and all of its
consumers (dependents) on MetaCPAN also got abandoned
in 2010, except one dependent which was an alpha version
and which got created and abandoned in 2015.

By checking on MetaCPAN it's safe to conclude that this
Perl library is not something that is needed by any current
and actively maintained module.

It also has no consumers on AUR. One of its AUR dependencies
has already been deleted, so currently it cannot be packaged.

Safe to delete; no impact.
