[aur-requests] [PRQ#34110] Deletion Request for opensift-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for opensift-git [2]:

Deprecated, not needed anymore.

Developer added a note in 2020 that this code is
1) unmaintained, and
2) has been directly merged into OpenCV code.

The developer recommends people use OpenCV's SIFT
capability rather than this old separate library.

Nothing in AUR depends on this; safe to delete.
