This package is broken and should be removed.

The source archive no longer exists at address:
"https://sourceforge.net/projects/qt4-fsarchiver/files/qt4-fsarchiver/source/qt4-fsarchiver-0.6.19-18.tar.gz/"

The project no longer maintains the qt4 source, nor do they seem to
make it available.
