[aur-requests] [PRQ#34168] Deletion Request for apk-tools

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for apk-tools [2]:

A package with the same name exists in community (see related
PRQ#34167).

They are different software, so in principle this could be re-
submitted with another name. However, the last version was released in
2009 [1]... maybe should *not* be re-uploaded (make sure whether it is
at least useful as the guidelines say).
