[aur-requests] [PRQ#34215] Deletion Request for kqoauth-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kqoauth-git [2]:

This deprecated, legacy VCS package can be deleted.

Development stopped in 2014; it was a KDE library
based on Qt 4.6 and 4.7.
(Currently KDE uses Qt 5.15.3 and is set to migrate
to Qt6).

Its one AUR dependent is also an outdated VCS package
from 2015 and it doesn't require kqoauth now.

Therefore nothing actually needs this anymore. Safe to delete.
