MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kwalletmanager4 [2]:

Orphaned legacy package, last updated in 2016.

Cannot be built because the KDE4 based kdebase-runtime
library has been deleted from repos/AUR.

Nothing depends on it, not needed anymore.
Not compatible with current KDE5 based systems.
Safe to delete.
