MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mkdn-git [2]:

This read-only markdown previewer has been discontinued since 2011.

It is based on Python2, Gtk/Gtk2 and the legacy webkitgtk/webkitgtk2.

I suggest to delete this VCS package, because there are dozens of user
applications to view and/or edit markdown text.

Also, sources fail to download since 6 months ago but no one
complained. There is no indication that anyone really needs this
package.
