[aur-requests] [PRQ#36717] Deletion Request for lib32-nss-pam-ldapd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-nss-pam-ldapd [2]:

Orphaned lib32 package for [community] repo's nss-pam-ldapd.

The latter uses Python 3, whereas this lib32 addon which was last
updated in 2018 still uses Python 2.

For that reason it is defunct since at least Dec 2019, when one of its
Python 2 dependencies got dropped from repo.

Now it is missing two Py2 deps.

Nothing on AUR depends on it and there are no votes or comments. So I
recommend to delete this unneeded and broken package.
