[aur-requests] [PRQ#36745] Deletion Request for python2-notify2

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-notify2 [2]:

Orphaned Python2 package, last updated in 2018.

Not actually needed by anything.

Its only dependent, pulseaudio-dlna-git is already broken because of
several missing Py2 deps.
There is a Python3 based community fork of the latter, which can
revive it and make its current Py2 deps redundant. (I've already
notified the maintainer of that option.)

So it is safe to delete this legacy package.
