MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-wpactrl [2]:

Orphaned, unneeded Python 2 package (yes, it only packages for Python
2).

Last updated in 2018. Also packaging fails because python2-setuptools
is missing from makedepends.

But it is safe to delete because nothing depends on it.
