MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-libpebble-git [2]:

Development in repo discontinued since 2014. [a]

The Pebble company was shut down in 2016 and support for its
smartwatches ceased after 2018. [b]

This is an orphan package and is defunct because of a missing Py2
dependency.

I recommend deletion. Nothing in AUR depends on it.
