MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for yahoo-t [2]:

Orphaned Python 2 package, last released in 2007.

This was an experimental module aiming to allow using Jabber.org's
XMPP based chat/IM service and also log into the "Yahoo! Messenger" IM
service.

The latter service has been discontinued in 2018 according to
Wikipedia.

So there is no point in keeping this obsolete package.
