[aur-requests] [PRQ#36800] Deletion Request for python2-wand

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-wand [2]:

This is an unmaintained package - last updated in 2019 and still uses
the outdated libmagick6.

But it is not needed anymore - its two AUR dependents are both
unmaintained dummy metapackages, and, and they dont's seem to serve
any useful purpose.

Also maintainer does not respond about queries about these packages,
or to OOD flags - since at least Jan/Feb 2022.

Python 2 packages that are unneeded are best be deleted.
