[aur-requests] [PRQ#36802] Deletion Request for ftp-upload

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ftp-upload [2]:

Defunct package - website and sources gone (404).
This was just some simple Perl script - but it has not been published
to CPAN.

Safe to delete this, as its only dependent is actually an unmaintained
dummy package which has no use.
