MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for squeak-image-4.5 [2]:

This package is for squeak-vm v4.5 from 2015, whereas current squeak-
vm in Arch repos is at v4.10.2.2614.

Maintainer did not respond to @micwoj92's question in 2021 about the
need for this package. There are no other user comments.

So I conclude it's not useful to keep this package anymore. I suggest
deletion.
