MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pjproject [2]:

Unneeded Python 2 module. Former owner disowned it after my prompt
about this package.

Its only consumer is AUR/sacks, which has been defunct for several
years because the NGO what was hosting its backend discontinued those
online services.
