garlicbreadwolfs [1] filed a deletion request for mullvad-vpn-bin [2]:

This package automatically activates the systemd service after
installation.
This is contrary to Arch Linux tradition.
Not only that, but if you are using an alternative Init, such as
OpenRC or Runit, you will get an error message.
