MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for deluge1 [2]:

This has been unmaintained since Dec 2021.

I've made some small alignments ~1 month ago with its dependencies,
but this package would need Python 2 bindings for libtorrent-rasterbar
v1.2.x and no one seemed to take up such a task as to create an AUR
package to build that with Python 2 bindings enabled.

This package has been defunct since Nov 11, 2020 because that's when
[extra] dropped Python 2 bindings from libtorrent-rasterbar. It does
not currently work either with any existing AUR package variant for
the same.
