MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for deepinwine-qqintl [2]:

Exact duplicate of https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wine-qqintl/ ,
links to the same binary .deb that is a repackage of Win32 QQ Instant
Messenger 2012.

That one was flagged 4.5 years ago by a Chinese-speaking user, quote:

"Flagged Out-of-Date Comment: wine-qqintl

"

The linked website, www.imqq.com server is offline as well. There is
also no update available.

It's safe to delete this package. Nothing else depend on it.
