MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for winexe-git [2]:

Please delete this. Winexe is a "Remote Windows-command executor",
beta version, an abandoned project last updated in 2016.

Flagged "out of date" here because of having "lots of bugs when using
samba 4+" in 2017.

It's safe to delete as nothing in AUR depends on it.

Instead of this, there are up-to-date remote instrumentation solutions
that work remotely with other operating systems. Ansible is an open-
source project for such purposes which works in Unix/Linux as well as
Windows.
