[aur-requests] [PRQ#32071] Deletion Request for hsa-rocr-git

acxz [1] filed a deletion request for hsa-rocr-git [2]:

This -git package serves no real purpose now that critical changes
have been incorporated into the release version. As such it would be
great if that package can be deleted to easy maintainership burden.
