FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for handbrake-no-qsv [2]:

One time effort, flagged OOD since 2021-07-18. This pkgbuild disable
Intel QuickSync Video (QSV), there are no less mandatory dependencies
for this, packager forgot to remove intel-media-sdk from optdepends,
pointed this out and asked for use case of this pkgbuild on 2021-01-24
and 2021-05-22 without reply, 0 votes.
