MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-bugzilla [2]:

Package not maintained since 2017. Cannot be built due to dropped
Python2-based dependencies. No package in AUR needs it. Safe to
delete. There is a Python3-based, more up-to-date alternative:
