[aur-requests] [PRQ#32593] Deletion Request for bzr-git-plugin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bzr-git-plugin [2]:

Python2-based Canonical Bazaar has been discontinued in 2017 and got
dropped from Arch in 2020. This plugin is not needed anymore and
should be deleted. Bazaar got forked to Breezy project which is
compatible with Bazaar VCS and supports interoperability with Git:
