MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-sdl2-ime-support [2]:

Orphaned package, hasn't been updated since 2016. Source is an
abandoned experimental fork of official SDL2, last commit is also from
2016. The fork's IME patches have been since merged to upstream SDL2,
so there is zero reason now to use this version. Safe to delete,
nothing depends explicitly on this package.
