[aur-requests] [PRQ#32615] Deletion Request for lib32-coin-or-cgl

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-coin-or-cgl [2]:

lib32 package but build links against 64-bit dependencies. Upon
requesting fix from package owner, they just disowned it. I suggest
it's safe to delete this package, nothing depends on it. Only 64-bit
version is needed by open source mathemathics software like SAGE, and
all those are hosted in Arch repos.
