[aur-requests] [PRQ#32619] Deletion Request for hexedit0r

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for hexedit0r [2]:

Abandoned fork of hexedit 1.2.12, last updated in 2013. Current
Arch/community/hexedit is at v1.5. I suggest it's best to delete this
outdated version. The fork's changes were only minor anyway from
upstream hexedit.
